MathSBML Model Builder: newModel

newModel[options] resets counters and various internal variables that are used by the modelBuilder. The current model is completely erased.

New in MathSBML 2.1.0. Notes and comments added in 2.3.0.

Option	Default	Description
id	SBMLModel	Value of id field of model.
name	none	Value of name field of model. If not specifiec, will be the same as id.
notes	""	String to be included within a notes tag.
comments	""	String to be included in model comments.
underscore	"$"	Character to use inside Mathematica to replace the underscore character (_) when it occurs in model.

Arrays	False	Must be set to True to allow Arrays.
ArraysAreAnnotations	True	Determines if array information is to be enclosed in annotation tags.
