MathSBML Model Builder: add/remove/modifySpeciesType

addSpeciesType[options] adds a SpeciesType to the current model. Options are the same as SpeciesTypeToSBML.

addSpeciesType[x, options] is the same as addSpeciesType[id->x, options].

modifySpeciesType[options] modifies a compartment type in the current model. Options are the same as SpeciesTypeToSBML.

modifySpeciesType[x, options] is the same as modifySpeciesType[id->x, options].

removeSpeciesType[id] removes a compartment type with the given id from the current model.

addSpeciesType, removeSpeciesType, modifySpeciesType new in 2.5.12.

Compartment types were added in Level 2, Version 2. They may not be used in earlier versions of SBML.
