delaunayTriangulationToConnectionMatrix[{{i1,j1},{i2,j2},..}]
returns an n × n symmetric matrix A in which A[[i,j]]=1 if either {i,j} or {j,i} are in the connection list, and A[[i,j]]=0 otherwise.
